Report content

Tell us about content on Furmous that you believe is illegal or infringes your rights: a template clip, its music, an upload, or a video made with Furmous. Creators who want their clip credited differently or removed from our templates can use the same route.

How to report

Email hello@furmous.ai (the link fills in the template below). Include:

• where the content is: a link, the template name, or a description precise enough to find it;
• why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights;
• for copyright or other rights: which work or right, and that you own it or act for the owner (for a template, a link to your original post is usually enough);
• your name and email address (you may report child sexual abuse material anonymously);
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, review the report and decide without undue delay. Template removal requests from the original creator are handled within 24 hours. We tell you what we decided and, if the content belongs to a user, we tell them too, with the reasons. Either of you can ask us to reconsider by replying to that email within 6 months. Reports that are clearly unfounded or abusive may be ignored.

Urgent cases

If content involves a threat to someone's life or safety, or the sexual abuse of a child, also contact the police. We report such content to the competent authorities.
