Terms
Last updated October 25, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the seller named below for using Furmous (https://furmous.ai). By creating an account or buying credits you accept them. The Content policy and the Refund policy are part of these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Furmous is run by Błażej Kustra, ul. Romana Kiełkowskiego 10b lok. 12, 30-704 Kraków, Poland, NIP 6793333158, REGON 541922108. Email: hello@furmous.ai. We answer in English or Polish.
2. The service
Furmous makes short AI-generated videos: you choose a motion source (one of our templates or a clip you upload), add photos of your pet, and an AI video model renders your pet into the clip. You need a recent web browser with JavaScript enabled and an email address, Google account or Apple ID to sign in.
AI results vary. A video may not look exactly like your pet or follow the clip perfectly, and the same request can give different results. Use the cheaper quick test to check before a full render.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Furmous. Keep access to your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account.
4. Credits, prices and payment
- Videos are paid with credits, bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no free tier. Pack prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing page and are the final price you pay: VAT, where it applies to you, is already included.
- Packs are sold through Link, the merchant-of-record service of our payment provider Stripe. Link takes the payment, charges and pays the VAT or sales tax, sends your receipt and helps with payment questions (your statement shows
LINK.COM*). At checkout you may be offered to pay in your local currency at the converted amount shown. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. We remain responsible for Furmous itself, your credits and your videos. - The credit price of every video is shown before you generate and depends on the clip length, the model and the quality.
- Credits are valid for 12 months after your most recent purchase: every purchase extends your whole balance by another 12 months. Credits not used by then expire. Your account page shows the date. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money (except the 14-day refund of an unused pack in the Refund policy), and are lost if you delete your account.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Credits are digital content supplied immediately, so before checkout we ask you to request immediate supply and to confirm that you then lose the right of withdrawal. Once the credits are added to your account, the purchase can no longer be withdrawn. This does not affect our Refund policy or your rights if the service does not work as described.
6. Failed renders and problems
If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. If a finished video is broken, replaces the wrong subject or does not show your pet, use Report a problem on the video. We review every report and return the credits when the result is faulty. Details are in the Refund policy.
7. What you upload
You keep all rights in the photos, clips and text you upload (“your content”). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and transmit your content, including to the AI providers in section 10, only to provide the service to you, keep it safe and meet legal obligations. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
By uploading, you promise that:
- you own your content or have every permission needed to use it this way, including for any music in it;
- every identifiable person in an uploaded clip has agreed to it being used, and no one in it is under 18;
- your content follows the Content policy and the law.
If someone makes a claim against us because your content broke these promises, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.
8. Templates and third-party material
Templates are based on clips and music made by other creators and rights holders, credited on the Video credits page. We do not own them and do not give you any rights in them. Videos made from a template are for your personal, non-commercial use, such as posting on your own social media accounts. Do not use them in advertising or sell them. Platforms may mute or remove videos that contain third-party music.
9. Your videos
We claim no ownership of the videos you generate. You may download, keep and share them, subject to section 8, the rights of anyone else in your source material, and these terms. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright, and other users may get similar results.
Every video is AI-generated and its file is marked as such. When you share a video, say that it was made with AI (for example with the platform's AI label), do not remove that marking, and do not present it as real footage to mislead anyone.
10. AI providers
Videos are rendered by third-party AI services: Higgsfield and the models it runs (ByteDance Seedance, Alibaba Wan, Kuaishou Kling, Higgsfield Genjutsu), and in some cases Alibaba Cloud directly. Their usage policies prohibit the same kinds of content as our Content policy, and you must not use Furmous to get around them. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side, but if a render fails because of them, you get your credits back.
11. Safety checks and enforcement
Before anything is charged, uploads and text are checked automatically (for sexual, violent, hateful or other prohibited content, and that photos show a pet). We also review reports from users and rights holders by hand. If content or an account breaks these terms or the law, we may block the request, delete the content, or suspend or close the account. We will tell you what we did and why, unless the law or safety reasons prevent it, and you can reply to that email within 6 months to ask us to reconsider. A person reviews every such request.
If we close your account for a serious or repeated breach, unused credits are not refunded. If we close it for any other reason, or shut down Furmous, we refund unused purchased credits.
12. Reporting illegal content and copyright
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or infringes their rights, including a template, through Report content.
13. Complaints
Send complaints about the service or a purchase to hello@furmous.ai with your account email and a short description. We reply within 14 days. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights when digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract; these terms do not limit them. Consumers in Poland may also ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for free out-of-court help; consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their European Consumer Centre.
14. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Furmous and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may end the service for you with 30 days' notice by email, or immediately as described in section 11.
15. Liability
We provide Furmous with reasonable care but cannot promise it will always be available or that every video will meet your expectations. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. For changes that affect you, we will email you in advance, normally at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before they take effect. Credits you already bought keep their value.
17. Law and courts
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
